As a general rule of thumb we cannot make changes once the order has been processed. As soon as you notice a mistake, contact us straight away. Please note that if your order has already been processed and sent to our printing department we may not be able to change or cancel your order. However if the order has not been sent to the print department we may cancel your order.
There is an issue with my order. Can I exchange or have a refund?
Non refundable items
If in the unlikely event there is any fault with your delivery please contact us immediately. We will give you a credit for the amount ordered. All of our products are predominantley
personalised . On rare occasions we may have items which are not customisable. These items are fully refundable providing its returned to us within 14 days. If in the case there is any issue with the product ordered we will refund you the postage as well. The items must be returned in there original condition and packaging. Please also send a note for why it is being returned.
Personalised items
Due to the nature of a product being personalised, we do not accept returns on these products, unless they are faulty, defective or the order is incorrect. Please note, we take images of all products before shipment. If the order is genuinely faulty we will provide a credit or a full refund.
I don't know how to use a certain feature on the design tool?
Please see the videos on the homepage for a quick tutorial on all the features.
We accept jpeg, tiff, pdf and eps file formats, If you have another format we may be able to help you. Please contact us for more information.
Is your photo currently stored on your computer? If you are uploading your image to the website from a Flash Drive, a Dongle, a Digital Camera or any other external devises this could cause problems. To avoid any issues, please save any images onto your computer first then upload from that location to your artwork.
I am having difficulty with uploading an image?
There are a few reasons your Image may not be uploading, please check the following:
Is your image at a very high resolution? we always recommend images to be at 300dpi. Most digital cameras will take photo’s large enough, however images saved from 3rd party websites can be too small or an incompatible file format. It may be better that you contact us and we will provide you with our server details so you can upload your high resolution files to us.
The Website isn’t working properly?
Highly likely this is a browser issue. Are you using the latest browser?
Is your internet connection working properly?- try other websites on your computer.
Try clicking the refresh button; this may help.
Try clearing your internet history
Try a different web browser. There are many to choose from such as Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Mozilla Firefox and Safari
I have lost my log in details, what do I do?
Click on "Log In" on the top bar and underneath password click forgot login details. You should recieve an email with your Log in details.
I still can’t log in to the website?
If your still having issues and require assistance, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you.
When do you dispatch my order?
Despatch date is generally 3-6 working days, once your order has been placed. On busier periods it could take longer. If it does we will update you.
Will all the items in my order be despatched together?
This depends on the size of the items and other factors. It also depends on when your orders were placed.
My order still hasn’t arrived!
If you feel there is a lengthy delay please contact us straightaway. We will find out where your order is or provide you the details.
My order has arrived and is incorrect?
Please check your account for the order placed and if you are still sure there is an issue please contact us as soon as possible.
What are the different payment options that I can use?
All our payment options are listed on the footer of any page. If in doubt please contact us. Our payment options will change from time to time.
Why am I having payment problems?
Is your internet connected? There are times when a lack of internet signal for a few seconds can cause issues.
If you are ordering outside our work hours, just leave your order in your shopping basket (where it is saved) and send us an email letting us know the difficulty.
Have you checked all the numbers are correct including the cv2? sometimes errors can be made very easily try again to be sure.
Is the page stuck on ‘processing payment’ and nothing is happening?
May be the payment has failed due to a time-out error. This is when your browser drops the connection during your payment due to inactivity for a perid of time.
Do you have a tablet?? Our site works on tablets give it a try.
